Our return and refund conditions for Ummahti products.

Cooling-Off Period

You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date you receive your order. During this period, you may return the product for any reason.

How to Return

Email support@ummahti.net with your order number.

We will send you return instructions.

Return the product within 14 days after notifying us. Pack it carefully, preferably in the original packaging; the original packaging is not a condition for exercising your statutory right of withdrawal.

We reimburse the purchase price and the cost of standard delivery without undue delay and within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. We may wait until we have received the goods or proof of return, whichever is earlier. We use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without charging a refund fee.

Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense unless the product is defective.

Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately. We will arrange a free return and offer repair, replacement, or a full refund.
