Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs depend on your delivery country:

Netherlands — Free for orders of €55 or more; €6.95 for orders below €55 (1–3 business days).

EU countries — €12.95 (3–10 business days)

Delivery outside the active EU destinations is currently unavailable. Available destinations and final costs are shown in checkout.

Exact shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Shipping Partners

We ship with PostNL for domestic orders and DHL/PostNL for international orders. All shipments include tracking.

Delivery Issues

If your package has not arrived within the expected delivery time, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us at support@ummahti.net with your order number. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
